Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to hire and lead high-performing teams with a track record of defining strategy and delivering results against aggressive goals.
  • An exceptional communicator. You can explain a complex workflow to a first-day employee, coach a team through a new tool, and present performance data to the board.
  • A systems thinker who maps complex marketing processes, identifies where AI adds value, and designs workflows that scale. You break things into clear steps and build processes others can follow without you in the room.
  • Skilled in Salesforce required.
  • Experience with Marketo, 6Sense, Qualified, or comparable marketing automation and ABM platforms a strong plus.
  • Fluent in the AI marketing tool landscape: content generation, email personalization, web personalization, intent data, ICP enrichment, and workflow automation. Not required to be an engineer. Required to understand how tools connect and what makes them produce results.
  • Experienced working directly with sales and business development reps.
  • Outcome-focused with a track record of implementing tools or processes that produced measurable improvements in pipeline, conversion, efficiency, or campaign performance.
  • An enthusiastic, high-energy team leader viewed as a doer on the team and across internal organizations. Comfortable with a rapidly evolving AI landscape and skilled at evaluating what is worth adopting.
  • Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP, Marketing Campaigns and Senior Director of Marketing Strategy to define and execute the AI enablement roadmap across all five pillars: email marketing, digital and web, campaign marketing, QBR reporting, and ICP ownership.
  • Design, document, and maintain the workflows, training, and best practices that help the marketing team adopt AI in their day to day.
  • Own email marketing AI including copy generation, subject line optimization, dynamic personalization, and send-time intelligence. Ensure all output meets Emplifi brand and tone standards.
  • Own SEO strategy, web performance, and digital experience. Drive organic search rankings, site visitor growth, and conversion optimization, applying AI tools to accelerate content production, keyword analysis, personalization, and on-page optimization.
  • Own campaign marketing AI across the full lifecycle: lead scoring, multi-touch nurture, account-based targeting, and campaign orchestration. Ensure campaigns are tracked, measurable, and easy for the team to manage.
  • Own ICP definition and continuous refinement using intent data, firmographic signals, and AI enrichment tools. Keep ICP current and aligned with marketing and sales, feeding intelligence into email, web, and campaign systems.
  • Provide digital delivery services to the broader marketing team across webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, webpages, email, paid ads, and social ads. Manage paid media programs and report on their contribution to pipeline.
  • Maintain and grow the lead database through ongoing nurture and net new acquisition.
  • Partner with BDR management to ensure marketing-sourced leads convert at healthy rates.
  • Design and maintain automated QBR reporting frameworks and dashboards covering campaign performance, website analytics, email analytics, ABM platform, paid media, and social audience growth. Translate complex data into board-ready insights and automate reporting to reduce manual effort.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage AI and marketing technology vendors. Work with an internal AI team to support technical integrations and enforce governance standards for AI-generated content including brand compliance, data privacy, and accuracy review.
