Job Details

Strong experience in Go development
Strong experience in Python development
Proven ability to build and own systems end-to-end (database, API, frontend)
Solid understanding of distributed systems
Solid understanding of event-driven architectures
Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal)
Experience with LLM/agent frameworks
Experience with ReAct patterns
Experience with skill architectures
Exposure to MCP-style structured tool protocols
Familiarity with GCP
Familiarity with cloud-native development
Experience building LLM agent evaluations
Experience iterating on prompt reliability (eval harnesses, golden-output testing, failure-mode analysis)
Comfort working with HIPAA-adjacent / PHI data
Applies basic data-handling and audit-logging hygiene
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Must have own equipment
Experience in healthcare or legal tech (advantageous)

Own the full development lifecycle of features, including database design, backend APIs, agent logic, and Vue frontend implementation
Design and maintain scalable, reliable systems using distributed and event-driven architectures
Build and orchestrate workflows using tools like Temporal (or similar frameworks)
Develop and integrate LLM-powered agents, leveraging ReAct patterns, skill-based architectures, and MCP tool integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across services
Deploy and manage applications on GCP, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture
Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
