Requirements

  • Experience as a builder, capable of elevating existing marketing teams and strategies
  • Demand generation focus and expertise
  • Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Preference for experience in Human Resources technology, Data Analytics, or AI spaces
  • Comfortable with and experienced at pre-Series C companies
  • AI-curious and understands the impact of AI on marketing
  • Data fluency to make precise, results-focused decisions

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing team and report directly to the CEO
  • Architect go-to-market execution, bridging brand awareness and data-driven demand generation
  • Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel programs designed to drive high-quality qualified pipeline
  • Oversee paid acquisition (search, social, display) in collaboration with external performance agencies
  • Lead the strategy for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure ChartHop is the definitive answer in AI-driven search environments
  • Cultivate relationships with key HR tech influencers and industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
  • Manage external PR resources to drive earned media and thought leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
  • Manage a roster of specialized agencies and freelancers
  • Oversee the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure flawless lead routing, attribution, and reporting
  • Provide the CEO with clear, data-backed insights on marketing ROI
  • Champion the use of Generative AI tools to accelerate content production, audience segmentation, and experiment iteration
