  • 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience within a SaaS environment
  • 2-3 years in a leadership or management capacity
  • Adept at identifying employee strengths and weaknesses and mentoring
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments
  • Deep understanding of the GTM function (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
  • Deep understanding of Technical roles
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse)
  • Proficient with compensation benchmarking tools (UKG, Salary.com)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to articulate vision clearly, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback
  • Passion for building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams within the k-12 education technology sector

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters
  • Manage critical senior-level hiring across Go-To-Market (GTM) and Technical organizations
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop scalable recruitment strategies
  • Optimize hiring processes and ensure attraction of diverse, top-tier talent
  • Own end-to-end recruiting performance, including req prioritization, funnel health, and time-to-fill
  • Lead the team to partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to define role scope and align on hiring criteria
  • Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment lifecycle and implement data-driven solutions
  • Leverage compensation and market insights from tools like UKG and Salary.com to inform hiring strategy
  • Oversee recruitment strategies for growing international contractor population in LATAM and the Philippines
  • Champion a compelling and consistent candidate experience and strengthen employer brand
  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles, minimizing time-to-fill
