- A self-starter, who’ll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prominent influencers, talent agencies, and management companies using specialized tools to ensure every partner meets specific campaign goals and brand safety criteria
- Serve as a primary point of contact for influencers and management teams, ensuring prompt, clear, and professional correspondence that builds long-term trust
- Package talent recommendations with comprehensive bios and multi-channel metrics to provide internal teams and clients with a data-backed rationale for selection
- Utilize AI-driven features within Google Workspace and Sprout Social’s semantic search to accelerate the talent discovery process and draft high-quality communications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build out program details and manage administrative tasks across multiple workstreams
- Address campaign challenges and shift priorities in real-time, escalating risks to managers while proposing solutions
