Experience: 2+ years

Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in legal, consulting, or fund/startup operations (venture or fund operations experience a plus).
Familiarity with entity formation and venture capital fund structures.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to explain compliance/legal concepts to non-experts.
Comfort managing workflows systematically and at scale.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to dive into complex processes.
A track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

Execute fund management and compliance workflows, including entity formation, regulatory filings, and related operational processes required to launch and close venture funds.
Support the launch of new fund structures in coordination with Finance, Tax, and other internal stakeholders.
Own data accuracy and process tracking across core operational systems.
Draft, review, and maintain operational documentation to support knowledge management and team scalability.
Identify and propose process improvements to streamline fund formation and closing cycles.
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on fund formation timelines and requirements.
