- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Healthcare / Life Sciences industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating compelling data visualizations
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, including a Sales team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and reliable analytical work products
- Eagerness to stay updated on the latest advancements in analytics, data science, and pharmaceutical industry trends
Responsibilities
- Act as support to a Manager, Strategy & Insights, assisting as they act as a customer’s key point of contact within the team.
- Manage the timing and execution of third-party market research projects.
- Evaluate customer ad performance.
- Translate results provided by a third-party vendor into concise PowerPoint slides.
- Independently investigate data discrepancies.
- Collaborate within the team to optimize the analysis process and help pinpoint areas of improvement and efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and deliver program performance results to internal teams, including metrics like brand lift and ROI.
- Interpret statistical methods to identify concerns around statistical significance, patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Data & Analytics, Operations, Sales) to understand brand needs and investigate varying inputs into performance and contract details.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to internal teams.
