  • Healthcare / Life Sciences industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in creating compelling data visualizations
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, including a Sales team
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and reliable analytical work products
  • Eagerness to stay updated on the latest advancements in analytics, data science, and pharmaceutical industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Act as support to a Manager, Strategy & Insights, assisting as they act as a customer’s key point of contact within the team.
  • Manage the timing and execution of third-party market research projects.
  • Evaluate customer ad performance.
  • Translate results provided by a third-party vendor into concise PowerPoint slides.
  • Independently investigate data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate within the team to optimize the analysis process and help pinpoint areas of improvement and efficiency.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver program performance results to internal teams, including metrics like brand lift and ROI.
  • Interpret statistical methods to identify concerns around statistical significance, patterns, trends, and correlations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Data & Analytics, Operations, Sales) to understand brand needs and investigate varying inputs into performance and contract details.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to internal teams.
