  • Deep familiarity with Jira and modern product development workflows
  • Strong systems thinker who builds operating models that scale without adding unnecessary overhead
  • Influencer who drives change without direct authority
  • Data literate (knows what's missing, ensures measurement, helps others act on it)
  • Ideally, formal accreditations in product operations or a related field
  • Experience leading a real process transformation
  • Understanding of how AI is changing product development workflows

Responsibilities

  • Drive, own, and be accountable for the end-to-end operational engine connecting research, design, engineering, pricing, and go-to-market into a high-velocity product development process.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to drive strategy and ensure clear ownership, handoffs, and quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Identify and improve process breakdowns from research and discovery through pricing and release.
  • Manage planning visibility and reliability, including Jira governance, roadmap alignment, sprint cadences, and operating rhythms.
  • Ensure clear, actionable visibility into key metrics like deployment frequency, product outcomes, adoption, and cost.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to manage dependencies and decision-making.
