Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a cross-functional operational role (Product Operations, Program Management, Chief of Staff, or equivalent)
  • Experience in a regulated product environment (fintech, payments, crypto, or similar)
  • Demonstrable AI fluency, including having built an agent, automation, or internal tool
  • Hands-on experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier
  • Ability to write lightweight Python or JS scripts when no-code isn't enough
  • Strong systems thinking ability
  • Excellent written communication skills, documenting decisions and designing for scale
  • Comfortable in the modern product stack (Linear or Jira, Notion, Slack, Figma)
  • Experience with at least one product analytics tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar)
  • Background in payments, crypto, or regulated financial services (nice to have)
  • Experience building internal tools from scratch (nice to have)
  • Exposure to MiCA, PSD2, or other EU financial regulation (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational backbone of the Product team including roadmap hygiene, release processes, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Unblock the PMs by taking ownership of non-PM work such as user research logistics, competitive intelligence, feedback aggregation, launch readiness checklists, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain systems of record including PRD templates, decision logs, OKR tracking, and product analytics dashboards.
  • Run the feedback loop by aggregating and synthesising inputs from customers, sales, and support into structured, prioritisation-ready signals.
  • Automate internal workflows using automations or lightweight scripts connecting Linear, Youtrack, Slack, Notion, and Gmail.
  • Build internal AI tools and agents for PRD drafting, feedback triage, competitive analysis, etc., using custom GPTs, Claude Projects, and lightweight agent workflows.
  • Use AI to accelerate analysis and reporting across product usage data, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
  • Own AI-assisted knowledge management by building and maintaining a queryable, trusted documentation layer.
  • Evaluate and roll out new AI tooling, staying close to the market and bringing in relevant tools.
