Requirements

  • 8+ years in Product Operations
  • Senior-level product operation or closely related role in a high-growth software environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning and improving end-to-end product development processes (research through release)
  • Deep familiarity with Jira
  • Experience with modern product development workflows
  • Strong systems thinker
  • Ability to build operating models that scale without unnecessary overhead
  • Influencer who drives change without direct authority
  • Data literate (knows what's missing, ensures measurement, helps others act on it)
  • Ideally possesses formal accreditations in Product Operations or a related field
  • Understanding of how AI is changing product development workflows and its implications for product organizations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to drive strategy and ensure clear ownership, handoffs, and quality standards at each stage of the product development lifecycle
  • Identify process breakdowns and drive improvements without owning the decisions themselves
  • Manage Jira governance, roadmap alignment, sprint cadences, and operating rhythms to keep product direction and team execution in sync
  • Ensure the organization has clear, actionable visibility into key metrics like deployment frequency, product outcomes, adoption, and cost
  • Coordinate across Product, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to manage dependencies, facilitate decision-making, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
