Experience
2–4 years
Required Skills
Project ManagementJira

Requirements

  • Motivated by improving the member experience; proactively identifies points of friction and works to make processes smoother, faster, and more effective
  • 2–4 years of experience in program management, conversion operations, project management, or a similar coordination-heavy role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping details
  • Strong cross-functional communicator who can work effectively across Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Care teams without formal authority
  • Experience working with project management tools (Jira strongly preferred)
  • Comfort building and maintaining structured campaign tracking systems
  • Comfortable with performance data — able to read a dashboard, spot anomalies, and communicate what the numbers mean to stakeholders without requiring a data team to translate
  • A bias toward action and ownership — you notice what’s missing, you flag it, and you help fix it rather than waiting to be asked

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics across the enrollment funnel including activation, conversion, appointment completion, churn, and capacity
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and communicate performance, risks, and priorities to leadership on a regular cadence
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams involved in enrollment
  • Ensure work is progressing as expected, proactively identify risks, and step in to resolve issues before they impact the member experience or business goals
  • Continuously evaluate workflows across care coordination, logistics, onboarding, and scheduling
  • Identify bottlenecks, uncover root causes, and implement solutions that improve speed, quality, and scalability
  • Execute process improvements in partnership with leadership, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and sustained over time
  • Partner closely with Care Delivery, Clinical Operations, Practice Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless coordination and handoffs
  • Own the weekly enrollment operating rhythm, facilitate team meetings, track action items, surface blockers, and ensure accountability
  • Own documentation, SOPs, QA standards, and handoff protocols
