Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar execution-focused role in a multi-product SaaS portfolio.
- Expert-level knowledge of Jira configuration and workflow design.
- Strong perspective on how a world-class product org should run, with the ability to identify process failures, propose improvements, and drive adoption.
- Self-sufficient professional who can take ownership on Day 1 with minimal oversight.
- Ability to hold teams accountable and enforce standards directly, comfortable telling a PM when their documentation isn't up to standard.
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Omni, SQL).
- Proficiency with documentation platforms (Notion) to maintain institutional knowledge.
- Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve output quality.
Responsibilities
- Support the SDLC by auditing tickets across every workspace to ensure PRDs are complete and business cases are validated for technical completeness.
- Serve as the expert for Jira, configuring workflows, managing backlogs, and building reports for real-time visibility into SDLC health.
- Track Roadmap Adherence to monitor delivery, identify bottlenecks, and ensure sprint and release predictability.
- Manage Rhythm of Business by coordinating roadmap reviews, strategy sessions, and planning cycles to ensure structured, prepared, and aligned meetings.
- Standardize Internal Knowledge by owning the documentation infrastructure (Notion), centralizing templates, artifacts, and past decision logs.
- Provide daily and weekly reports to the Head of Product as the primary source of truth for work movement through the pipeline.
- Maintain Jira Hygiene to ensure tickets are fully "ready for dev" for seamless hand-off to engineering.
- Automate Workflows using AI tools and Jira automation to improve the speed and quality of operational processes.
