Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead generation, and pipeline building
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Strong communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience selling into international markets

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify B2B leads, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Engage prospects in both English and French, tailoring messaging to different markets
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation
  • Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
