Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics
- Experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment with subscription models and paid traffic dynamics
- Deep hands-on experience with GTM
- Deep hands-on experience with GA4
- Deep hands-on experience with marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Affiliate, Native, etc.)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools
- Solid understanding of attribution frameworks
- Solid understanding of consent-based tracking (GDPR, CMP logic)
- Solid understanding of funnel/CRO analysis
- Experience with attribution tools like Klar is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain our marketing tracking stack across GTM (client and server-side), GA4, and marketing pixels
- Ensure that new campaigns, features, and landing pages are measurable from day one
- Understand how CMPs and consent mechanisms impact attribution, event tracking, and campaign performance
- Align tracking with both legal and technical constraints
- Evaluate ROAS, MER, CAC, and contribution margin
- Connect campaign performance to backend revenue and subscription behavior
- Conduct deeper analysis such as cohorts and CLTV
- Identify conversion drop-offs and quantify revenue impact
- Segment performance by traffic source, device, and campaign
- Support CRO initiatives with structured analysis
- Use SQL and dbt to model marketing data
- Maintain consistent metric definitions and deliver reporting
