Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment with subscription models and paid traffic dynamics
  • Deep hands-on experience with GTM
  • Deep hands-on experience with GA4
  • Deep hands-on experience with marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Affiliate, Native, etc.)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools
  • Solid understanding of attribution frameworks
  • Solid understanding of consent-based tracking (GDPR, CMP logic)
  • Solid understanding of funnel/CRO analysis
  • Experience with attribution tools like Klar is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain our marketing tracking stack across GTM (client and server-side), GA4, and marketing pixels
  • Ensure that new campaigns, features, and landing pages are measurable from day one
  • Understand how CMPs and consent mechanisms impact attribution, event tracking, and campaign performance
  • Align tracking with both legal and technical constraints
  • Evaluate ROAS, MER, CAC, and contribution margin
  • Connect campaign performance to backend revenue and subscription behavior
  • Conduct deeper analysis such as cohorts and CLTV
  • Identify conversion drop-offs and quantify revenue impact
  • Segment performance by traffic source, device, and campaign
  • Support CRO initiatives with structured analysis
  • Use SQL and dbt to model marketing data
  • Maintain consistent metric definitions and deliver reporting
