Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within product operations, engineering operations, or SaaS technology organizations
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational functions in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release governance, and product delivery frameworks
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Aha, Jira, GitHub, or similar product and engineering systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution and operational discipline
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across executive and technical audiences
- Exceptional communication skills with experience developing executive narratives and decision-support materials
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, architecture, and compliance
- People leadership experience with a focus on team development and building high-performance cultures
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and regulated industry environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall Technology Operations strategy, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, architecture, and platform teams
- Establish operating cadences, governance frameworks, and execution rhythms that support predictable delivery and strategic alignment
- Own end-to-end product and engineering operations, including lifecycle governance, capacity planning, dependency management, and delivery risk visibility
- Oversee roadmap intake, release management, and general availability readiness, ensuring clarity of business value and execution confidence
- Drive architecture governance, technical risk assessment, and decision documentation in partnership with engineering and security stakeholders
- Lead operationalization of strategic initiatives from release through customer adoption, including migration planning and value realization
- Build executive-level dashboards, metrics, and insights to support data-driven decision-making and organizational accountability
- Manage cross-functional tool ecosystems ensuring consistency, governance, and data integrity across product and engineering platforms
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
