- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or technology environments
- Proven success designing and executing enterprise marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth
- Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing / Experience (ABM/ABX)
- Strong expertise in multi-channel B2B demand generation
- Experience aligning marketing and sales organizations to drive pipeline acceleration and revenue impact
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams
- Advanced analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and decision-making
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense)
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance long-term vision and day-to-day execution
- Experience driving change and modernizing marketing processes, including adoption of new technologies and AI tools
Responsibilities
- Define and lead global B2B enterprise marketing strategy aligned with revenue, growth, and customer retention objectives.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams to support pipeline growth and expansion.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing / Experience (ABM/ABX) strategies to engage high-value accounts, expand buying committees, and generate net-new opportunities.
- Oversee field marketing execution, ensuring regional alignment and adaptation of global strategies to local market needs.
- Design and optimize email marketing, digital engagement, and website strategies to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
- Implement and manage marketing technologies, automation platforms, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
- Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure marketing impact across the funnel.
- Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with executive leadership to influence go-to-market strategy and ensure marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue targets.
