Requirements

  • 2+ years professional motion graphics or animation experience with strong portfolio
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience creating animations for digital marketing, advertising, or brand campaigns
  • Strong creative eye for motion, timing, design aesthetics, and visual storytelling
  • Familiarity with social media formats, digital ad specifications, and platform optimization
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and creativity under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player comfortable with feedback cycles and creative direction
  • Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) and sound design integration (preferred)
  • Background in advertising agencies, SaaS, entertainment, or e-learning industries (preferred)
  • Understanding of video marketing KPIs including engagement, CTR, and completion rates (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Create 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for videos, ads, and presentations
  • Develop animated sequences for explainer videos, product demos, social media campaigns, and brand content
  • Work with storyboards and creative briefs to transform concepts into dynamic visual experiences
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to integrate motion with static assets
  • Ensure animations align with brand guidelines, tone, messaging, and campaign objectives
  • Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender)
  • Export final animations in multiple formats (MP4, GIF, MOV, WebM) optimized for different platforms
  • Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality and deadlines
  • Manage project files, plugins, asset libraries, and maintain organized animation resources
  • Optimize assets for multi-platform delivery including social media, web, and broadcast specifications
