Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in graphic design for DTC or eCommerce brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing email design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product imagery / infographics
  • Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad creatives and banners
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
  • Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Design conversion-focused email creatives (campaigns, flows, newsletters) aligned with brand and retention strategies
  • Create high-quality product images and infographics for PDPs, Amazon listings, and landing pages
  • Develop digital ad creatives and banners for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google) and web use
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, and copy teams to bring campaigns to life visually
  • Maintain brand consistency across all assets while adapting to different campaign needs
  • Optimize designs based on performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement)
  • Support A/B testing by producing multiple creative variations
  • Ensure all designs are mobile-first and platform-optimized
