  • Ensure every user has an amazing experience with Quorum
  • Teach users how to launch grassroots campaigns
  • Teach users how to track legislation
  • Teach users how to manage stakeholder engagement effectively
  • Provide direct support to clients
  • Develop deep product expertise
  • Help people understand "the why" behind our features through direct interactions and self-service offerings
  • Build out the future of our Help Center
  • Design product guides
  • Work with the Product team to optimize usability
