Responsibilities
- Ensure every user has an amazing experience with Quorum
- Teach users how to launch grassroots campaigns
- Teach users how to track legislation
- Teach users how to manage stakeholder engagement effectively
- Provide direct support to clients
- Develop deep product expertise
- Help people understand "the why" behind our features through direct interactions and self-service offerings
- Build out the future of our Help Center
- Design product guides
- Work with the Product team to optimize usability
