Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring deep product adoption and ROI for customers
  • Identify and close new ways our tools can help clients achieve their mission through upselling and cross-selling
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Drive Quorum’s revenue expansion by finding and closing opportunities
  • Manage client retention and turn high-risk clients into loyal brand advocates
  • Bridge the gap between users and Product/Engineering teams, ensuring client feedback influences the roadmap
  • Leverage AI tools to synthesize account performance and automate reporting
