Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, financial services, or direct B2B client service roles
- Knowledge of healthcare plans, Consumer Directed Health Plans (CDHP), or related industry experience
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to manage and retain client relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and tailor messaging to different audiences
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing multiple complex client accounts (15+ or similar workload)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Salesforce or project management tools is a plus
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills, with confidence leading client discussions
Responsibilities
- Managing assigned client accounts with low to moderate complexity, serving as the primary relationship owner
- Leading onboarding, ongoing support, and annual review meetings, ensuring client alignment and satisfaction
- Taking full ownership of issue resolution, coordinating with internal teams and escalating when needed to ensure timely closure
- Overseeing daily account operations, file processing, and service delivery to meet SLA and quality standards
- Maintaining client documentation, including processes, procedures, and operational updates for internal teams
- Acting as a client advocate, communicating needs and feedback to internal stakeholders to drive improvements
- Educating clients on platform tools, reimbursement account functionality, and plan design implications
- Supporting project coordination for low to moderately complex initiatives and ensuring execution against agreed plans
