Requirements

Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong technical accounting expertise
Advanced level of English
Proven experience in group consolidation and financial reporting within a multi-entity, international environment
Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and accounting standards
Exposure to international tax and/or transfer pricing coordination
Systems and process improvement mindset
Experience in finance transformation and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics)

Responsibilities

Lead group consolidation and month-end close across multiple international entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled reporting
Own group management reporting, delivering high-quality monthly reporting packs for senior leadership, Board, and Lenders
Oversee group-level accounting and controls, including intercompany eliminations, FX, and complex technical accounting areas (e.g. capitalization), ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Coordinate global finance stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact between regional teams, auditors, and external advisors
Support group tax and transfer pricing activities, including coordination of filings, intercompany recharges, and maintaining robust documentation
Drive finance process improvements and transformation, leveraging systems to automate processes, improve controls, and enhance reporting insight
