Requirements

  • Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong technical accounting expertise
  • Advanced level of English
  • Proven experience in group consolidation and financial reporting within a multi-entity, international environment
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and accounting standards
  • Exposure to international tax and/or transfer pricing coordination
  • Systems and process improvement mindset
  • Experience in finance transformation and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics)

Responsibilities

  • Lead group consolidation and month-end close across multiple international entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled reporting
  • Own group management reporting, delivering high-quality monthly reporting packs for senior leadership, Board, and Lenders
  • Oversee group-level accounting and controls, including intercompany eliminations, FX, and complex technical accounting areas (e.g. capitalization), ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Coordinate global finance stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact between regional teams, auditors, and external advisors
  • Support group tax and transfer pricing activities, including coordination of filings, intercompany recharges, and maintaining robust documentation
  • Drive finance process improvements and transformation, leveraging systems to automate processes, improve controls, and enhance reporting insight
