Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance within a BPO, shared services, or call center environment.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics such as AHT, SLA, FTE productivity, absenteeism, occupancy, and attrition.
- Proven ability to connect business performance drivers with financial outcomes and strategic decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, scenario planning, and data analysis.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role aligned to US shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, budgeting cycles, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting for BPO operations.
- Analyze operational drivers such as AHT, SLA performance, occupancy, shrinkage, attrition, and staffing efficiency to assess financial impact.
- Build financial models to support workforce planning, operational decisions, pricing strategies, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Partner closely with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR teams to align staffing levels and productivity with financial targets.
- Track and report key business KPIs across clients, programs, and delivery centers, providing clear recommendations to leadership.
- Support costing, pricing, and commercial analysis for new and existing client engagements.
- Drive budget discipline across cost centers while identifying cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Deliver timely business insights that maximize revenue realization and margin performance.
