  • Minimum 6 months experience with Meta Ads
  • Experience purchasing traffic for mobile applications (web-to-app / web-to-web) is a plus
  • Experience working with large budgets — from $100K+ monthly
  • Experience with analytical tools: Tableau, AppsFlyer, Birch (or similar)
  • Experience testing and evaluating creative hypotheses based on data
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Creativity and ability to see the connection between visuals and performance
  • Structured approach to testing
  • Attention to detail and responsibility for the result

Responsibilities

  • Launch, optimize and scale advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads and Meta Ads
  • Analyze campaign results and monitor key marketing metrics: CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, LTV etc.
  • Constantly test new approaches in traffic acquisition to increase efficiency
  • Participate in brainstorms with creative and product teams to improve creatives and funnels
  • Generate own hypotheses and quickly test them
  • Research competitors: their advertising approaches, creatives and user acquisition channels
