- Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Interest in emerging technologies and ability to learn new AI solutions quickly.
- Basic understanding of AI tools.
- Basic understanding of Automation workflows.
- Basic understanding of AI integrations.
- Basic understanding of Business process optimization through technology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls and identify qualified leads to move to the next stage of the sales process.
- Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner during prospect conversations.
- Clearly communicate how our services help businesses through AI automation, system integrations, custom software solutions, and other technology services.
- Create trust and credibility by highlighting our experience, quality of execution, and ability to deliver successful results.
- Maintain accurate opportunity notes and status updates in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with external marketing/outreach partners as needed.
- Provide feedback from discovery calls to improve targeting, messaging, and lead quality.
