Requirements
- Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC-A, LAMFT)
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults clients
- Masters degree in mental health or related field
- Availability between 12 and 40 hours per week
- Well versed in a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
- Comfortable working with a wide range of ages
- Passionate about the benefits of group treatment and skilled in conducting group treatment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Creative and engaging, especially over video
- Must be available in the evenings to meet the schedules of our clients
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
- Familiarity with EMR and outcomes survey software
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Counselor
- Facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions
- Build strong relationships with clients and do in depth work to create sustainable healing
- Participate in case discussions to leverage expertise and develop new skills
- Utilize AI-powered virtual scribe for streamlined clinical documentation
