Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or platform leadership within large enterprises
- Proven experience managing complex ServiceNow programs across multiple modules and business functions
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate strategic decision-making
- Deep understanding of ITSM and ITIL practices and how they apply to ServiceNow implementations
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to technology and process transformation initiatives
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with enterprise governance, demand management, and value-based prioritization
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, PMP, ServiceNow CSA)
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and IT executives to align ServiceNow initiatives with strategic business objectives and desired outcomes
- Facilitate executive-level discussions to assess tradeoffs, sequence workstreams, and make informed prioritization decisions
- Oversee multiple ServiceNow workstreams (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, custom workflows), ensuring coordination and alignment
- Ensure consistent application of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and ITSM principles across ServiceNow delivery efforts
- Track and communicate performance, risks, dependencies, and value realization to senior leadership
- Collaborate with platform owners, architects, and delivery teams to balance innovation, technical health, and operational stability
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, including demand management, capacity planning, and delivery predictability
