Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, compliance standards, and industry regulations
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM modules
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript for ServiceNow customization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Project management experience and ability to lead implementations
- ServiceNow IRM or related certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize the ServiceNow IRM suite to help organizations manage risk effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze business processes and risk management requirements to design solutions using ServiceNow IRM modules
- Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM components such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of IRM solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators of the ServiceNow IRM platform
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into risk posture and compliance status
- Stay updated on industry best practices and ServiceNow IRM platform enhancements to continuously improve solutions
