Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a healthcare related field
- Expertise in RCM software of EHR
- Certifications in Epic, Cerner, or Meditech preferred
- In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes (CDI, coding, or charge revenue reconciliation)
- Background in healthcare consulting and/or experience overseeing software deployments in a healthcare context
- Proven experience as an Implementation Lead or similar role with healthcare/revenue cycle focus
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to successfully lead and execute complex implementation projects within defined timelines
- Data analysis experience
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Problem solver who thinks creatively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction
- Autonomy and confidence to drive process improvements
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process from deal signing through go-live
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Ensure solutions fit seamlessly into end users' workflows and deliver real value
- Engage with Directors of CDI to data engineers, asking the right questions and digging into data requirements
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead on technical components like SSO, sFTP and allowlisting
- Review data specifications and analyze files to ensure clean, accurate data
- Ensure implementation best practices and solid data are used from the start
- Drive process improvements throughout times of ambiguity and changing priorities
