Requirements

  • UK-based with strong understanding of the local beauty/wellness market
  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience
  • Proven experience selling into beauty, haircare, skincare, or wellness industries (essential)
  • Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience engaging with salon owners, spa managers, or retail buyers is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to UK-based beauty businesses (salons, clinics, retailers)
  • Identify and qualify leads within the beauty/hair/wellness space
  • Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Research target accounts and personalise outreach strategies
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Track outreach performance and optimise conversion rates
