Requirements
- UK-based with strong understanding of the local beauty/wellness market
- 3+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience
- Proven experience selling into beauty, haircare, skincare, or wellness industries (essential)
- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience engaging with salon owners, spa managers, or retail buyers is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to UK-based beauty businesses (salons, clinics, retailers)
- Identify and qualify leads within the beauty/hair/wellness space
- Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach strategies
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
- Track outreach performance and optimise conversion rates
