Requirements

  • Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or sales representative within a marketing agency, digital agency, or similar industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing services such as SEO, PPC, paid ads, or content marketing
  • Experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and highly proactive
  • Experience working with international clients (UK/US markets) is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
  • Book high-quality meetings for senior sales team members or Account Executives
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and pipeline data
  • Research target markets, industries, and companies to personalize outreach
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
