Requirements
- Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or sales representative within a marketing agency, digital agency, or similar industry
- Strong understanding of marketing services such as SEO, PPC, paid ads, or content marketing
- Experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly proactive
- Experience working with international clients (UK/US markets) is a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Identify and engage potential clients in need of marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
- Book high-quality meetings for senior sales team members or Account Executives
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and pipeline data
- Research target markets, industries, and companies to personalize outreach
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
