Job Details

2+ years of proven experience in buying, inventory planning, or supply chain coordination
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or direct to consumer brands
Strong experience in demand forecasting and stock management
Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and purchasing data
Ability to manage multiple SKUs and priorities
Good communication and coordination skills
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms (advantageous)
Understanding of sustainable or ethical sourcing practices (plus)

Forecast demand for non-seasonal product ranges based on historical data, sales trends, and business objectives.
Plan and execute purchasing of stock to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Monitor stock on hand and track inventory performance across product lines.
Collaborate with suppliers to manage order timelines, production schedules, and delivery expectations.
Analyse sales data and inventory metrics to inform buying decisions and improve forecasting accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, purchase orders, and inventory levels.
Support replenishment planning to ensure continuity of core product availability.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g. operations, marketing, and e-commerce) to align stock planning with business needs.
Identify risks or opportunities in stock levels and provide recommendations to the Planning Manager.
Assist in improving planning and inventory processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
