  • Experience with live video
  • Experience with graphic design
  • Experience with AI/LLM tools
  • Experience with social management tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Sprout, EveryoneSocial, Adobe)
  • Experience partnering with executives on social content
  • Experience on B2B brand social

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign and content strategy across major launches, integrated campaigns, brand moments, and tentpole events
  • Help manage social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Own social analytics, reporting, and competitive insights that shape future strategy
  • Manage developer social content
  • Work cross-functionally to help manage employee brand social content
  • Align with the Brand team to develop engaging, socially-relevant content
  • Own the employee advocacy program to help make Twilions amplify our story
  • Engage and grow our community daily – from developers to decision makers
  • Use data to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Constantly experiment and test new tactics to reach new audiences
  • Contribute to Twilio’s mission of building the world’s leading customer engagement platform
