- Organized and good at creating clarity and process in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with live video
- Experience with graphic design
- Experience with AI/LLM tools
- Experience with social management tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Sprout, EveryoneSocial, Adobe)
- Experience partnering with executives on social content
- Experience on B2B brand social
Responsibilities
- Support campaign and content strategy across major launches, integrated campaigns, brand moments, and tentpole events
- Help manage social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Own social analytics, reporting, and competitive insights that shape future strategy
- Manage developer social content
- Work cross-functionally to help manage employee brand social content
- Align with the Brand team to develop engaging, socially-relevant content
- Own the employee advocacy program to help make Twilions amplify our story
- Engage and grow our community daily – from developers to decision makers
- Use data to tell the story behind the numbers
- Constantly experiment and test new tactics to reach new audiences
- Contribute to Twilio’s mission of building the world’s leading customer engagement platform
