Familiarity with ATS systems
Familiarity with sourcing tools

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals
Work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Source candidates across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and internal policies
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
