Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Sales Support roles in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, pricing models, billing, revenue recognition, and contract structuring.
- Experience supporting multiple sales channels, including direct, channel, and international markets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, or similar CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including US East overlap (6 PM–3 AM IST), and support global teams.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with global sales teams to structure deals that optimize revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Reviewing deal requests for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with sales and financial policies.
- Coordinating with Finance, Legal, Pricing, Billing, Compliance, and Sales Operations to resolve complex deal requirements.
- Managing deal approval workflows and ensuring timely execution to meet sales cycle targets.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in line with finance and accounting standards.
- Driving process improvements and contributing to operational efficiency initiatives across the deal desk function.
- Supporting escalation management and resolving deal-related issues in a timely and structured manner.
