Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management within technology and media environments.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, ideally in high-growth or high-ambiguity settings.
- Strong understanding of global media ecosystems, including paid social, search, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
- Deep knowledge of media performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CAC, with experience optimizing for business outcomes.
- Proven ability to design scalable systems and operate effectively in environments where processes are still being defined.
- Experience managing and developing internal teams and direct reports (7+ years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across internal and client-facing environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, time management, risk management, and financial oversight skills.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery frameworks with multiple simultaneous workstreams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex, multi-channel media initiatives across global markets, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Orchestrate delivery across paid, owned, and emerging AI-driven media environments, managing concurrent campaigns and test-and-learn programs.
- Build and optimize scalable media delivery systems, including workflows, intake processes, approvals, and reporting structures.
- Partner closely with performance marketing, analytics, and media teams to optimize budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness in real time.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across media, creative, and data/engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Establish and operationalize measurement frameworks, ensuring insights are continuously fed back into planning and execution cycles.
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve speed, efficiency, and consistency across global delivery efforts.
- Lead and mentor project management team members, supporting career development and performance growth.
