Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
  • Create, oversee, and review high-quality content including visuals, videos, and copy using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite
  • Build and manage structured monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives, campaigns, and timelines
  • Lead brand storytelling, tone of voice development, and audience engagement strategies for multiple clients
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Conduct social listening and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Manage client communication, reporting, and presentation of campaign results and strategic recommendations
  • Oversee workflows and approvals using social media management tools such as Loomly or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Social Media Managers to ensure high performance and continuous development
