Requirements
- 2 years of experience in social media management
- Proven track record with examples/portfolio of past work
- Strong skills in content creation (graphics, reels, captions)
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Ability to work independently in the 8 PM – 1 AM IST shift
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of IT/Consulting/Training industry (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of paid ad campaigns (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, short videos/reels)
- Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns
- Research trends and suggest innovative content ideas
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding
