  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on pipeline generation, conversion, and retention outcomes
  • Strong experience operating across both enterprise-facing demand generation and consumer/member engagement programs
  • Highly analytical mindset with deep experience in experimentation, testing frameworks, and performance optimization
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels without loss of speed or quality
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Sales, Product, and Analytics teams
  • Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or benefits-driven environments preferred
  • Familiarity and comfort using AI tools to accelerate marketing operations, experimentation, and content development
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale growth marketing programs across enterprise new business pipeline generation and member engagement/retention strategies
  • Drive measurable contribution to net-new pipeline through account-based marketing programs, campaign orchestration, and sales-aligned initiatives
  • Improve deal progression, win rates, and sales cycle velocity through targeted marketing activation in priority accounts
  • Design and execute member engagement programs focused on education, retention, referrals, and ongoing participation in care journeys
  • Build scalable growth systems by replacing one-off campaigns with structured, repeatable experimentation frameworks
  • Define and optimize cross-channel strategies ensuring marketing programs are sequenced, integrated, and aligned to clear performance goals
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Analytics teams to align growth initiatives with business and patient outcomes
  • Lead a high-performing growth marketing team, establishing KPIs, operating cadence, and a culture of experimentation and accountability
  • Use data and performance insights to continuously refine, scale, or discontinue programs based on impact
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand teams to elevate messaging quality and improve conversion across journeys
