Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or partnership management
  • Strong track record of owning strategic or enterprise accounts
  • 5+ years owning performance-based metrics tied to account growth, retention, or utilization
  • 4+ years managing enterprise clients (3,000+ employees) with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience leading strategic planning, executive business reviews, or long-term account strategy conversations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across multiple decision-makers
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or working with employers, health plans, or brokers (preferred)
  • Experience working in high-growth start up environments (preferred)
  • Experience managing high-visibility or highly strategic accounts (preferred)
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including executive-level partners (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills (preferred)
  • Experience using CRM or data tools to guide strategy (preferred)
  • Experience mentoring or supporting more junior team members (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the most strategic employer partnerships (Tier 1 accounts)
  • Lead account strategy
  • Manage complex employer relationships
  • Design tailored engagement approaches that drive sustained employee utilization over time
  • Work closely with senior leadership
  • Own the day-to-day strategy and execution required to make partnerships successful
  • Operate as the commercial owner of your accounts
