Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in branding and graphic design (portfolio required)
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
  • Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
  • Experience creating brand identities for startups or growing companies (nice to have!)
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (only if role transitions to full-time)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages (only if role transitions to full-time)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Develop or refine our visual brand identity (logos, color palettes, typography, imagery, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the team to translate brand strategy into visuals that resonate with our audience
  • Create brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across all platforms and materials
  • Design marketing assets such as social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and digital/print collateral
  • Ensure all designs align with brand messaging, tone, and positioning
  • Provide direction or templates that can be reused by the team after project completion
