CFP® Designation
Ability to work from 9am - 5pm your local time M-W or W-F
3+ years of member-facing financial planning experience
Exceptional written communication skills
Exceptional typing skills (speed and accuracy)
Exceptional time and calendar management skills
Must NOT be registered with another firm or working in a capacity of conflict of interest
Reside in the US (MST or PST time zones preferred)

Responsibilities

Act as a financial life coach and guide
Conduct 4–6 virtual member meetings per day
Motivate members to take action on recommendations
Rapidly build trust and credibility in a remote setting
Foster long-term relationships through consistent, high-quality experience
Emphasize the importance of integrated solutions
Partner with our Trading and Investment Ops teams to manage portfolios and tax strategies
Provide feedback to help improve proprietary planning tools
Efficiently manage your calendar and time
