Requirements
- 7+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or direct sales (ideally supporting enterprise and/or commercial business to business teams)
- Deep understanding of value selling or consultative methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, MEDDICC, or similar frameworks
- Proven facilitation skills for sales audiences (virtual or in-person)
- Strong process discipline, building scalable systems and maintaining documentation rigor
- Data fluency, including pulling adoption metrics from Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Comfort with AI tools and a bias toward experimentation
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
- Bias toward action and iteration
Responsibilities
- Drive value selling adoption and reinforcement across the field, designing and delivering training, workshops, and certifications.
- Build continuous reinforcement mechanisms including role-play scenarios, deal review frameworks, self-assessment tools, and ongoing coaching content.
- Facilitate live training and enablement sessions virtually and in-person for Account Executives and new hires globally.
- Leverage AI tools for personalized learning paths, content generation, coaching simulations, and performance reinforcement.
- Monitor adoption and optimize based on performance data, tracking leading/lagging indicators from Salesforce and front-line feedback.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align initiatives.
- Own program infrastructure and the enablement library, including templates, battle cards, email frameworks, and self-service resources.
