Requirements

  • Proven track record managing Amazon, TikTok Shop, and/or Temu stores
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with paid media (Amazon PPC, TikTok Ads)
  • Ability to manage multiple channels in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Fluent in English

  • Own and scale marketplace operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Temu
  • Drive revenue growth, optimising product listings, managing paid acquisition, and ensuring operational excellence
  • Manage and optimise product listings across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Temu
  • Own marketplace performance, including revenue, conversion rates, and profitability
  • Plan and execute product launches and scaling strategies across all platforms
  • Manage Amazon PPC and TikTok Ads campaigns, optimising for ROAS and growth
  • Analyse performance data and generate actionable insights to improve KPIs
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing assets (UGC, ads, PDP content)
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure stock availability and forecasting accuracy
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and growth opportunities
  • Test and implement new growth channels and strategies
