Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or support
  • Experience ideally in fintech, wealth tech, or family office sectors
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency with HubSpot
  • Proficiency with Teams
  • Proficiency with Zoom or similar CRM/tools
  • Experience analyzing customer data for insights
  • Proactive, curious, process-oriented, and client-facing traits
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Preference for Mexico-based (Mexico City/Monterrey); other locations need availability for periodic travel
  • Familiarity with wealth management tools (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of less complex clients, nurturing relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Ensure client satisfaction, drive proactive engagement, and support onboarding, events, and training
  • Advance to higher-tier clients based on performance
  • Manage and nurture relationships with Spanish-speaking clients (some in the US), delivering exceptional customer success
  • Handle onboarding, training, and occasional in-person events, primarily in Mexico City or Monterrey
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, Teams, and Zoom to track client progress, resolve issues, and ensure adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate feedback, optimize processes, and contribute to client retention and expansion
