Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on exposure to paid media, SEO, and organic social
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns at scale
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Experience with CRO principles and A/B testing tools
  • Confident communicator who can represent the brand authentically in community interactions
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable working with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, reply to, and moderate comments and DMs across all social platforms daily
  • Maintain brand voice and tone in all community interactions
  • Plan and publish weekly content across organic social channels
  • Manage and optimise paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) campaigns across multiple accounts
  • Plan, execute, and iterate on campaigns to maximise ROI and hit performance targets
  • Monitor daily spend, pacing, and performance — making real-time adjustments as needed
  • Identify and outreach to creators and influencers for UGC and sponsored content
  • Own and execute the SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and link building
  • Monitor organic rankings and search performance via Google Search Console and SEO tooling
  • Optimise website content and landing pages for both search visibility and conversion
  • Run A/B tests and conversion rate experiments using CRO best practices
  • Produce monthly reporting on organic traffic, rankings, and conversion performance
