Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms for active and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with candidate databases or ATS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first, and collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and candidate-focused mindset with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role requirements across the organization.
  • Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies, including job descriptions, sourcing plans, screening, and candidate evaluation.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through social media, professional networks, and job platforms to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Conduct and organize online interviews while ensuring a structured and efficient selection process.
  • Manage and maintain the internal candidate database to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by clearly communicating role expectations, company culture, and benefits throughout the hiring process.
  • Support daily recruitment operations and assist with hiring-related documentation and coordination tasks.
