Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for product, design, engineering, or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-role recruiting across different teams and geographies
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging passive candidates globally
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Slack, or similar systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and guide stakeholders effectively
- Deep focus on candidate experience, ensuring fairness, clarity, and professionalism throughout the process
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across product, design, engineering, and related digital roles in a fast-paced, global environment
- Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, align on hiring strategies, and support structured interview processes
- Source, engage, and assess candidates across international markets, building diverse and high-quality talent pipelines
- Deliver a seamless and human-centered candidate experience that is clear, timely, and respectful
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment on priorities, quality standards, and hiring outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment tools, processes, and practices to increase efficiency and scalability
