Requirements

  • Extensive senior-level experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or Talent leadership roles within fast-scaling organizations.
  • Proven success leading global or multi-country HR functions in remote, hybrid, or distributed environments.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and workforce development strategies.
  • Experience designing high-performing performance management and employee engagement programs.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies across international markets.
  • Deep understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, restructuring, or scaling initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and coach leaders effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics and analytics for strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the People Operations function, mentoring HR leaders and strengthening team effectiveness across regions.
  • Design and execute global talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract high-performing professionals.
  • Build and optimize performance management frameworks that drive engagement, accountability, and productivity.
  • Partner with leaders to create learning and development programs that support continuous growth and leadership readiness.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitive, equitable, and scalable offerings globally.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that foster innovation, belonging, and inclusive leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws, HR regulations, and people governance best practices.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives during periods of growth or transformation.
  • Use people analytics and workforce insights to guide decision-making and improve employee experience.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align people priorities with long-term business strategy.
