Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or channel technical roles
  • Strong background in SaaS, cloud security, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Experience working with channel partners such as SIs, MSSPs, or VARs
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security, and automation
  • Familiarity with AI-driven security operations, SOC workflows, or autonomous response systems
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in hybrid environments
  • Proficiency with scripting or APIs (Python, Bash, PowerShell, REST APIs)
  • Understanding of Public Sector frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, or CMMC (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple partner engagements in fast-paced environments
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel for partner and customer engagements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical advisor for Systems Integrators, MSSPs, and Public Sector partners
  • Enable partners through technical training, certifications, demos, and go-to-market playbooks
  • Lead joint technical sessions including discovery, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Support channel pipeline growth and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve channel revenue targets and performance goals
  • Build strong technical relationships with partner architects, practice leads, and delivery teams
  • Develop reusable technical assets such as demos, reference architectures, and integration guides
  • Support RFP/RFI responses for Public Sector opportunities, including compliance-driven environments
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on partner and customer insights
  • Represent the organization at industry events, partner summits, and technical forums
