Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or channel technical roles
- Strong background in SaaS, cloud security, or cybersecurity solutions
- Experience working with channel partners such as SIs, MSSPs, or VARs
- Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security, and automation
- Familiarity with AI-driven security operations, SOC workflows, or autonomous response systems
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in hybrid environments
- Proficiency with scripting or APIs (Python, Bash, PowerShell, REST APIs)
- Understanding of Public Sector frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, or CMMC (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple partner engagements in fast-paced environments
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel for partner and customer engagements
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor for Systems Integrators, MSSPs, and Public Sector partners
- Enable partners through technical training, certifications, demos, and go-to-market playbooks
- Lead joint technical sessions including discovery, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Support channel pipeline growth and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve channel revenue targets and performance goals
- Build strong technical relationships with partner architects, practice leads, and delivery teams
- Develop reusable technical assets such as demos, reference architectures, and integration guides
- Support RFP/RFI responses for Public Sector opportunities, including compliance-driven environments
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on partner and customer insights
- Represent the organization at industry events, partner summits, and technical forums
